Dr Thakur Manas Singh

Dr Thakur Manas Singh did his graduation in medicine from Calcutta National Medical College. Further, he pursued his PG in Anaesthesia from SSKM Hospital, Kolkata.

Dr Singh completed his Radiology training from Royal Brisbane Hospital, Brisbane and currently working as a Radiologist in Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Dr Singh is the Clinical Director of Radiology in IMED, Caboolture Hospital and also involved with the College of Radiology (RANZCR) as an examiner.

He has written clinical papers and is a self-confessed avid photographer.

Dr Deep Kumar

Dr Deep Kumar is from Ranchi and finished MBBS in 1995 from Ranchi Medical College and Hospital. Dr Deepkumar did MS General Surgery from Indore, Senior Residency from SGPGI in Gastroenteritis.  Dr Kumar worked as a surgeon in Mukerian, Punjab for many years.

Dr Deep Kumar moved to Australia in 2005, did FRACGP & DRANZOG adv, and worked as a Procedural Obstetric GP in Parkes (NSW).

After working in public hospitals for several years, Dr Deep Kumar is now a GP with multiple skills in Central Coast (Wyoming Medical & Dental Centre) for last 11 yrs.

Dr Rajesh Singh

Dr Rajesh Singh is a Fellow of Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He has completed his basic and advanced physician training in Geriatrics Medicine at various hospitals around Melbourne including Monash Health, Royal Melbourne Hospital and Alfred Health.

Dr Singh has a vast experience in Geriatrics Medicine. He is skilled in dealing with elderly people with Dementia, Capacity assessment, Movement Disorder, Falls, Pain and Incontinence. He has also been trained as a Continence Fellow. He is also available to do home visits and nursing home visits.

Apart from English Dr Singh also speaks Hindi, Urdu & Punjabi.

Dr Singh is currently working as Consultant Geriatrician and Continence Physician at Peninsula Health, Frankston. His treatment philosophy is focussed on holistic approach towards the client with the aim of maximising their quality of life.

Associate Professor Dr Amar Trivedi

Associate Professor Trivedi is a specialist Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Ultrasonologist in Frankston. He uses his almost 40 years of medical experience across 3 countries to treat the women of Frankston, Mornington and Wonthaggi and educate the young doctors of tomorrow.

As an obstetrician, Associate Professor Trivedi can help you with all aspects of your pregnancy: before, during (pre-natal) and after (post-natal) care.

He is an expert in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound, which means he can conduct, diagnose and explain the various scans patients will need to have during their pregnancy.

Associate Professor Trivedi is trained and accredited in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound. This means that he is qualified and certified to conduct ultrasounds, interpret ultrasound results and diagnose any problems.

Dr Bijoy Varma

Dr Bijoy Varma, born in Patna in 1938) did his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with Distinction from Bihar University, India in 1957. He passed Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S ) with Honours in Pharmacology and Surgery from Darbhanga Medical College (University of Bihar) in 1962. He was awarded University Gold Medal for securing highest aggregate marks in the University. After completing his House Physician (currently called internship) and Senior House Physician job, Dr Varma joined Prince of Wales Medical College in 1963 as a Demonstrator in Pharmacology and Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) candidate. He had the priviledge to work with Emeritus Professor Govind Achari.

In 1968, Dr Varma was awarded International Fellowship by International Union of Pharmacology to work with Prof. M. J. Rand in Melbourne. He arrived in Australia in September 1968. His wife Jyotima joined him in October 1968. He was offered job of a Medical Officer Class 2 in Drug Evaluation Branch, Therapeutic Division of Department of Health in Canberra that he in January 1972. Later that year, he was awarded Ph D in Pharmacology by University of Melbourne after 2 1/2 of part time study. (more…)
